We do our best to keep things simple and flexible while ensuring fairness for all of our campers and their families. Please review our policies below to help us maintain a smooth experience for everyone!
Insurance Coverage
At this time, we do not provide insurance coverage for privately booked stays.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 3 business days’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before a booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
*While we rarely enforce this policy, we have it in place to prevent last-minute cancellations that take away availability from other campers. We understand that life happens, and we always strive to be fair!
Extended Stays ( 7 Days+ )

For stays longer than a week, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve your booking.
Booking Changes

We do not charge a fee to make adjustments to your reservation! (your total price will be adjusted according to the change)

We do our best to accommodate booking extensions/ date changes, but space is not guaranteed. If we are at capacity, we may be unable to extend/change your camper’s stay.
Late Fees

Boarding: A 1.5-hour grace period is provided after the 24-hour booking window. After this, an additional fee will be charged.

Daycare: A 15-minute grace period is provided after the 12-hour booking window. After this, a late fee will apply.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Hours

Earliest Drop-Off: 7:00 AM
